How does an appointment work?

STEP ONE: Trans and gender non-conforming youth fill out an online form and describe their sizes, clothing style, likes and dislikes, and contact information.

STEP TWO: When you come in for your private appointment, you will be presented with an individualized clothing rack full of your sizes and styles indicated, personally styled by our teen volunteers! If you have clothes to donate, just bring them in with you.

STEP THREE: Try everything on that you like in our changing rooms! If you need different sizes or you want more options, just let our stylists know and we will hunt down exactly what you need! Since everything we have is in storage bins, don’t be afraid to ask for us to look for anything.

STEP FOUR: Take as much as you need! Everything is 100% free. We will bag up everything and give you a coupon for a free haircut at Bishops Haircuts locations in Clifton and Oakley. The Clifton location is about 10 minutes away from Transform, so if you want to go right after your appointment you can either check in online or just walk in!

If in a few weeks or months your style, size, or needs have changed, feel free to book another appointment to swap out your clothes! Just specify in the form that you’ve been in before, and what you’re looking for this time.
